PAYMENT POLICY

Counseling services are provided and billed by a billing company. I participate with health insurance plans in the region. Following are the health plans which I currently accept.

Please be aware that with any health plans, there may be deductibles and copayments for which you could be responsible.

HEALTH PLANS

 In-network

  • Beacon (includes over 20 insurance companies such as MVP, Affinity, Amida, Centerlight, Crystal Run, Elder Plan, Fallon, Group Insurance, Independent Health, Integra, MetroPlus, River Spring, Senior Whole Health, Total Care and Your Care Plans)

  • Some EAP's 

  • Excellus Blue Cross/Blue Shield

  • Fidelis

  • Lifetime Benefit Solutions

  • Medicare

  • Medicaid (billed to your managed care insurance provider)

  • Pomco

  • United Healthcare

  • Etc. If your insurance company is not on the list, it may have been added or it may be a subsidiary of one of the companies listed so my services would be covered

  • Insurance companies will often provide payment to me as an out- of- network provider.  You may call me and my billing company will check authorization of payment or you may call your insurance company.  

QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR Coverage/Billing

I use a billing company that you may call to pre-authorize visits.

 

Co-payments and private pay clients must pay upon receiving counseling services.
